Beer

Manny’s Pale Ale

A careful selection of Northwest hops, premium barley, and our unique yeast give this ale a rich and complex malty middle with a snappy hop finish. It’s truly a micro that finishes crisp, clean, and smooth

Bitburger

Full-bodied, light Bitburger Premium Beer is of course brewed according to the German Purity Law. Its popular, dry-finished, hoppy taste has secured Bitburger Premium Beer its position as Germany’s no. 1 draught beer.

Deschutes IPA

Named after a clouds-beneath-your-feet weather phenomena, Inversion is a big, bold, hop-front, India Pale Ale with a surprisingly subtle subtext. Centennial and Cascade hops provide a tart, citrus greeting, while Carastan and crystal malts soften the edges.

Rainier

Rainier beer brings together nature’s bounty from the great Northwest. Pure spring waters combine with golden barley and verdant hops to produce a beer rich in taste and texture. Fermented slowly with a pedigree yeast culture under tightly controlled conditions, Rainier comes forth with a satisfying malty flavor over a slightly fruity background, spiced with Chinook, Mt. Hood, and Willamette hop notes.

In addition to our great Keggers served in mason jars, Grim’s has hand selected some of the best beers served in traditional glass bottles. Here is just a preview of some of the favorites.

Framboise Lambic

Light nose, sour cherry bitterness that sinks down behind your teeth, hints of mint; very cherry-like.

Orval

A tapast beer that was first made in 1931 and brewed by monks. It has a complex and unusual flavor and aroma produced by a unique strain of yeast. The beer is light in color, slightly cloudy, and has a large, foamy head. There is a complex aroma of leather, spice, and many other earthy components.
